Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ΛΟΓΟΣ (Logos) application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Note: Logos is currently in active prototype development. Features, content, and functionality may change without notice.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined below.
Definitions
- Application (or App): Refers to ΛΟΓΟΣ (Logos), the experimental mobile app provided by the Company.
- Company (referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our"): Refers to .Enterface, LLC.
- Device: Any device that can access the App such as a cellphone or tablet.
- Prototype: A working model of the App intended for testing, feedback, and iterative design — not a final production release.
- Service: The App and any related services provided by the Company.
- You: The individual accessing or using the App.
Prototype Nature of the App
Logos is an experimental prototype and is provided for demonstration, testing, and feedback purposes only. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change at any time
- Content (sermons, scriptures, events) may be placeholder or sample material
- The App is not intended for production use or reliance on in critical circumstances
- We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content
Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
- Use automated scripts to collect information from or interact with the App
- Misrepresent the App's status, affiliation, or association with any church organization
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, design, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of .Enterface, LLC. This includes but is not limited to:
- The ΛΟΓΟΣ name, branding, and visual design (developed in collaboration with Raquel Ceja)
- All UI/UX flows and interaction patterns
- App architecture and custom code
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Content and Services
The App may reference, display, or link to third-party content including sermons, scripture references, or church event information. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of any third-party content. Links to external platforms (e.g., social media, church websites) are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — either express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, .Enterface, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
