This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how .Enterface, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information about you when you use the WOVN mobile application and any associated website ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Who We Are

- Application: WOVN — a community platform connecting users with local vendors, makers, artisans, and market events.
We are based in the State of Kansas and operate in accordance with applicable state and federal privacy laws, including the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (K.S.A. § 50-623 et seq.).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
2a. Information You Provide Directly
- Account information — name, email address, and password when you register
- Profile information — display name, profile photo, and any bio or description you choose to provide
- Vendor/event submissions — business name, contact details, location, descriptions, photos, and social links when you list or update a vendor profile or event
- Communications — messages or feedback you send to us directly
2b. Information Collected Automatically
- Device information — device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
- Usage data — pages and screens viewed, features used, search queries, tap interactions, and session duration
- Location data — general or precise location (only with your explicit permission) to surface relevant local vendors and events
- Log data — IP address, app crash reports, timestamps, and referring URLs
2c. Information from Third Parties
- Social login providers — if you sign in via a third-party service (e.g., Google, Apple), we receive basic profile information as authorized by that service
- Analytics partners — aggregated, de-identified usage data from analytics providers
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Display and personalize your experience within the App
- Show you relevant local vendors, markets, and events
- Enable vendors to create and manage their public profiles
- Send transactional communications (e.g., account confirmation, password reset)
- Send optional promotional or event notifications (only with your consent)
- Monitor and improve the performance, security, and reliability of the Services
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
- Operate and improve the associated WOVN project website
We do not sell your personal information to third parties in any capacity.
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
4a. With Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
4b. With Primitive Path Consulting
As a supporting collaborator, Primitive Path Consulting may access information necessary to support development, infrastructure, and project operations, subject to the same data protection standards we apply internally.
4c. Publicly Visible Content
Vendor profiles, event listings, and any content you choose to make public within the App will be visible to other users and may appear on the associated project website.
4d. Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of .Enterface, LLC, our users, or the public.
4e. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the App or email before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Location Data
The App may request access to your device's location services to display nearby vendors and events. Location access is:
- Optional — the App functions without it, though location-based features will be limited
- Requested at runtime — you will be prompted to grant or deny permission
- Revocable — you can disable location access at any time in your device settings
We do not share precise location data with third parties for advertising purposes of any sorts.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We will delete or anonymize your information upon verified request, except where we are required by law to retain it or where it is necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Opt-out of notifications — unsubscribe from marketing or promotional communications at any time via the App's settings or an unsubscribe link
- Withdraw location consent — disable location services via your device settings at any time

8. Children's Privacy
The WOVN App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on their behalf.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS)
- Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls
- Regular security reviews and updates
No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable Kansas and federal law, including the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (K.S.A. § 50-6,139b).
10. Third-Party Links & Integrations
The App and website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., social media pages, mapping services). This Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any personal information with them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide prominent notice within the App or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
