These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WOVN mobile application ("App"), developed by .Enterface, LLC ("Development Team," "we," "us," or "our"), with support from independent consultants and collaborators. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App & Development Team

WOVN is a community-oriented mobile application designed to connect users with local vendors, makers, artisans, and market events.

Developer & IP Owner: .Enterface, LLC
Supporting Collaborator: Primitive Path Consulting, LLC
All application designs, source code, UI/UX systems, and related digital intellectual property were created by .Enterface, LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this App, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age, or are at least 13 years of age with parental or legal guardian supervision
Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
Agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Continued use of the App constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future revisions.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to source code, UI/UX designs, graphics, logos, icons, application architecture, written copy, and data structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of .Enterface, LLC and is protected under:

The United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.)
Kansas Uniform Trade Secrets Act (K.S.A. § 60-3320 et seq.)
Applicable federal trademark and intellectual property law

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any portion of the App or its content without the prior written consent of .Enterface, LLC.

4. Platform & Data Ownership

All platform data, including but not limited to vendor listings, platform-generated data, and system architecture, is owned by .Enterface, LLC. User-submitted content remains subject to the rights granted in Section 6 of these Terms.

5. Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, or ownership relationship between .Enterface, LLC and any collaborator, contractor, or third party. All such parties act solely as independent contractors unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement.

6. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Kansas, federal, or local law
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data
Use the App to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any individual or entity
Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the App
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the App without authorization

7. User-Submitted Content

Where the App permits submission of content (e.g., vendor profiles, reviews, or event submissions), you:

Grant .Enterface, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App
Represent that you own or have the rights to submit such content
Confirm the content does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws, or these Terms

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. Vendor & Market Listings

WOVN serves as an informational directory. .Enterface, LLC does not endorse, warranty, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any vendor, product, or event listed in the App. Users engage with vendors and attend events at their own risk.

Vendors listed in the App are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable Kansas licensing, sales tax (K.S.A. § 79-3601 et seq.), health regulations, and other legal requirements.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., social media, mapping services). .Enterface, LLC is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Kansas law, .Enterface, LLC and Primitive Path Consulting expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including:

Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties of title or non-infringement
Any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including K.S.A. § 84-2-719, .Enterface, LLC and Primitive Path Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:

(a) the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
(b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless .Enterface, LLC, Primitive Path Consulting, and their respective members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of or access to the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
Any content you submit through the App

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by contacting .Enterface, LLC at the information below, allowing at least thirty (30) days for a response. Nothing herein limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief.

15. App Store Compliance

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and .Enterface, LLC, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.

16. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and .Enterface, LLC regarding use of the App and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
